Evaluation Phase Rules:

Daily Loss Limit (5%): Maximum you can lose in any single trading day. Resets at 5pm EST.

Example ($100K account):

• Account balance: $100,000
• Max daily loss: $5,000
• Today’s equity starts at $100,000
• If equity hits $95,000, you’re done for the day
• Tomorrow you start fresh

Overall Loss Limit (10%): Maximum drawdown from starting balance OR highest achieved balance.

• Start: $100,000
• Grow to: $108,000 (new high watermark)
• Max loss now from: $108,000
• Stop-out level: $97,200 (10% down from $108,000)

Minimum Trading Days (5): Must trade on at least 5 separate calendar days.

Why This Rule: Prevents passing evaluation with one lucky trade. We want consistent performance.

How to Count:

• Executing at least one trade = counts as a day
• Days don’t need to be consecutive
• Take weekends off—no problem
• Take breaks between trades—encouraged

No Time Limit: Trade at your own pace. Take weeks or months if needed.

Why No Limit: We want quality traders, not rushed gambling. Some traders pass in 2 weeks, others take 3 months. Both are fine.

Profit Target:

• Phase 1: 10% growth
• Phase 2: 5% growth

Important: Profit target is just a goal, not a daily/weekly requirement. Hit it whenever you can while following risk rules.

Prevention: Always use stop losses. Never risk more than 1-2% per trade. This rule protects you from catastrophic losses.

Q: Are weekends and holidays counted in trading days? No. Only days markets are open count. You need 5 actual trading days with at least one trade per day.

Q: Can I use Expert Advisors (EAs)? Yes, fully permitted during evaluation and funded phases.

About Funded Accounts:

Q: What if I lose money on my funded account? Your account stays active as long as you don’t hit the 10% max loss threshold. Drawdowns are normal.
