  • How do I start trading with Snyper Trades?

Create an account and verify your email. Complete a brief KYC (government ID + selfie; proof of address may be requested). From your dashboard you can:
Practice on Demo (no deposit required), Trade Binary Options Live (fund the wallet and start with fixed-risk contracts), or Begin a Challenge (pay the evaluation fee and follow the rules shown in your plan card).
Your dashboard will show a step-by-step checklist so you always know what comes next.

  • Is Snyper Trades available worldwide?

We accept clients from most countries, but access can be limited by local regulation and our risk policies. If your country is restricted, you’ll see a notice at sign-up and won’t be able to complete KYC. Using VPNs or third parties to bypass restrictions is not allowed and can lead to account closure and forfeiture of bonuses/fees per Terms.

  • Do I need to deposit to practice?

No. Demo accounts are free and mirror live pricing as closely as possible. You can reset demo balances anytime and use them alongside live or challenge accounts for strategy testing.

  • Which markets can I trade?

FX majors/minors/exotics, leading indices, precious metals, and selected crypto pairs. Availability varies by region, account type, and trading hours. The order ticket shows whether an asset is open, the available expiries (for binaries), and any instrument-specific limits.

  • What’s the difference between a Challenge and Binary Options?

Challenge (Prop Evaluation): Prove consistency under published risk limits (daily/max drawdown, profit target, min days if applicable). Pass → complete compliance checks → receive a funded account with a profit split.
Binary Options (Fixed-Time): Trade short-term direction with known risk (your stake) and known payout displayed before you confirm. Contracts settle automatically at expiry; early close/rollover may be available on eligible contracts.

  • What platforms do you support?

A responsive web platform and native iOS/Android apps. All support two-factor authentication, push alerts, payout tracking, and account management. We recommend the latest OS/browser and a stable 10 Mbps+ connection.

  • Do you offer education?

Yes. The Learning Center includes structured paths for new traders, strategy explainers, live webinars, and post-trade analytics. Education is optional and for general information only it’s not investment advice.

  • What time zone is used?

Alll timestamps on the platform are displayed in GMT. Server time in the footer and on statements is also shown in GMT for consistency.

  • Can I have multiple accounts?

Binary Options: One personal live account per client (you may have multiple demo sandboxes). Corporate accounts require separate onboarding.
Challenges/Prop: You may run multiple evaluations; funded accounts can be merged or capped depending on plan. Multi-account abuse (e.g., mirroring to bypass limits) is prohibited.

  • Can family members use the same device/IP?

Yes if each person has their own verified account and trades independently. We monitor for patterns that indicate coordinated or abusive activity. If detected, accounts can be paused while we review.

  • What documents are needed for KYC?

A valid government ID and a selfie are standard; proof of address (utility bill/bank statement) may be requested. Name, date of birth, and address must match your account details. Incomplete or unreadable documents are the most common cause of delays.

  • How do I change my email, phone, or password?

Go to Settings → Security. We’ll ask for 2FA and may require a short re-verification to protect your account. If you lose access to 2FA, open a support ticket for secure recovery.

  • How do I change my email, phone, or password?

Go to Settings → Security. We’ll ask for 2FA and may require a short re-verification to protect your account. If you lose access to 2FA, open a support ticket for secure recovery.

  • What base currencies do you support?

USD is the default. Additional currencies may be supported depending on payment rail and region. If a payout is sent in a different currency, your provider may apply conversion at their rate.

  • Can I assign trading authority to someone else?

Personal accounts are for the named individual only. Managed trading and pooled/third-party arrangements are not supported on personal accounts. Corporate accounts may be eligible with appropriate documentation.

  • How do I close my account and withdraw remaining funds?

Submit a closure request in Settings → Privacy. We’ll verify identity, process any pending payouts, and close the account per our retention policy.

  • Age requirement and residency changes?

You must be 18+ (or legal age where you live). If you move to a restricted country, you must notify us; trading may be paused until we complete a location review.

  • What payout methods are supported and how do I choose?

Bank transfer, cards (where supported), and select e-wallets/crypto rails. Available rails depend on your country and KYC level. In Dashboard → Payouts you can add a destination, verify ownership, and set a default.

  • How long do payouts take?

Our internal processing target is same business day after approval. Bank transfer times depend on your bank, currency, and cut-off times; wallets/crypto rails are typically faster. You’ll see Submitted → Processing → Sent statuses with timestamps.

  • Are there minimums, maximums, or fees?

Minimums differ by rail (e.g., $50 for wallets, $200 for bank). Maximums per request may apply and can be split into multiple payouts. Any fees are shown transparently before you confirm a request.

  • What causes payout delays and how can I avoid them?

Common causes are pending KYC updates, mismatched account names, banking holidays, or additional reviews triggered by unusual activity. Keep your profile updated, use a payout method in your own name, and respond quickly to verification requests.

  • Can I change my payout method later?

Yes—add a new destination, verify it, and set it as default. For security we may hold the first payout to a new destination for manual review.

  • Do you support third-party payouts?

No. Payouts must return to an account or wallet owned by you. This protects against fraud and money-laundering risk.

  • Where do I track payout history?

Every step and reference number is logged in Dashboard → Payouts. Downloadable receipts are provided once the transaction is completed.

  • What currency will I receive?

USD by default unless your rail supports local currency. If conversion is needed, it’s performed by your provider at their rate.

  • Age requirement and residency changes?

You must be 18+ (or legal age where you live). If you move to a restricted country, you must notify us; trading may be paused until we complete a location review.

  • How do I become funded?

Pass the evaluation(s), complete identity and compliance checks, and sign the Funded Account Agreement. Funding size matches your chosen plan. You’ll receive platform credentials and a summary of funded-account rules (which may differ slightly from evaluation rules).

  • What funded sizes are available and can I merge?

Multiple sizes are available (e.g., $10K–$200K+). Some tiers allow merging into a larger master account once consistency criteria are met. When merged, combined risk limits apply and are displayed in your portal.

  • What is the profit split and when do payouts start?

Profit split depends on plan/tier (e.g., up to X% to the trader). The first payout window opens after the initial holding period or after achieving a minimum profit threshold. Exact dates are listed in your agreement and countdown in the dashboard.

  • Are challenge fees refundable?

Certain plans refund the evaluation fee after you pass and receive your first funded payout. Refund eligibility requires no rule violations and a successful KYC/payout. Terms are published on the plan page.

  • What happens if I breach risk on a funded account?

We may pause or close the account depending on the breach. You keep any approved payouts already processed, but pending payouts can be canceled if tied to a violation. You may be eligible to restart via a new evaluation.

  • Which instruments are tradable on funded accounts?

FX, indices, metals, and selected crypto pairs, each with specific limits. Some high-volatility instruments may have additional constraints or be temporarily disabled during extreme events.

  • How are taxes handled?

We provide statements and payout confirmations. Tax treatment depends on your jurisdiction. Consult a qualified tax professional; we don’t provide tax advice.

  • Can I operate through a company?

Yes—corporate accounts may be supported with additional KYC/KYB documentation (registration, beneficial owners, signatories).

  • How do I contact support and when are you available?

Use in-app chat for the fastest response or email support@snypertrades.com. We publish our SLA targets and operating hours in the Help Center; critical incident coverage is available 24/7.

  • How quickly will you respond and resolve issues?

First responses typically arrive within our SLA window (e.g., under 1 hour during business hours). Complex items—like payout investigations or compliance requests—may take longer; we’ll keep you updated with case numbers and timestamps.

  • How do I keep my account secure?

Enable 2FA (authenticator app preferred), use a unique password, and turn on device/login alerts. Never share one-time codes. If you suspect compromise, reset your password immediately and contact support to lock the account.

  • How do I report a security vulnerability?

with steps to reproduce and impacted areas. We’ll acknowledge receipt and follow our coordinated disclosure process.

  • How do I appeal a rule violation or trade dispute?

Open a ticket with the trade IDs and a short description. Our review team checks execution logs, price sources, and rule trackers. You’ll receive a written outcome and, if applicable, the log excerpts we can share.

  • How can I request my data or account deletion?

Go to Settings → Privacy to request a data export or deletion. We’ll verify identity and process the request subject to legal/record-keeping obligations.

  • Where can I see platform status and maintenance?

Check the Status link in the footer. During incidents we also show an in-app banner with updates and ETAs.

  • Do you provide investment advice?

No. We provide tools, education, and risk controls, but trading involves significant risk. For binary options, you can lose the entire amount staked on a trade.

  • What are the core pass conditions?

Hit the profit target while staying within daily and max drawdown limits, and meet any minimum trading days if required. Your progress bar updates in real time, and any rule you’re close to breaching is flagged before submission when possible.

  • How is daily drawdown calculated?

The plan card shows whether it’s balance based or equity-based and whether it’s static or trailing. We display the exact dollar amount remaining each day. A daily breach ends the phase immediately, so watch the rule tracker.

  • Is news or weekend trading allowed?

It depends on your plan. Some plans allow major news/overnight; others restrict it to reduce gap risk. The instrument badge (News/Overnight ON/OFF) appears on the ticket and in your plan summary.

  • Are EAs/algos or copy trading allowed?

Yes on eligible plans, but tactics that exploit latency, tick discrepancies, or mirroring across many accounts to game rules are not allowed. We publish examples of disallowed practices in the Help Center.

  • What happens if I violate a rule?

The phase ends and the dashboard explains which rule triggered the breach with timestamps and trade IDs. Many plans allow a reset (restart the phase) or extension (add time) for a fee.

  • Do lot size or open-position limits apply?

Yes limits scale with account size and are shown on the ticket. Instruments may have separate limits during thin liquidity.

  • How does scaling work after funding?

Maintain profit and risk KPIs for a set period (e.g., two payout cycles). When hit, account size and/or payout cap can increase. Tier criteria and time windows are listed in your funded agreement.

  • What data do you review before funding?

Consistency metrics (variance of returns, average loss vs. average win), rule adherence history, and any signals of abusive or coordinated behavior. Passing the target with outlier risk typically does not qualify.

  • What exactly is my risk on a BO trade?

Your stake is the maximum you can lose. Before you confirm, we show stake, potential payout, expiry time, and the settlement source. Once placed, the contract outcome is determined at expiry; early close is available only on eligible contracts.

  • Which expiries and assets are available?

Common expiries include 30s, 1–5m, 15m, 30m, and 1h. Availability depends on the asset and market hours (FX is 24/5, crypto is extended). The ticket disables unavailable expiries automatically.

  • Can I close early or rollover?

Some contracts allow early close (to reduce loss/lock partial value) or rollover (extend time). When offered, terms and resulting payout profile are shown on the confirmation screen. Not all contracts/markets support these features.

  • How are prices and settlements determined?

Prices are sourced from aggregated liquidity feeds. For settlement, each instrument references a published primary source; the contract settles to that source at expiry down to the specified precision. We publish the methodology in the Help Center.

  • Are martingale or grid strategies allowed?

We don’t restrict strategy ideas, but multi-account martingale, coordinated mirroring, or any activity aimed at exploiting infrastructure is prohibited. Risk responsibly large step-ups after losses can deplete your wallet quickly.

  • What are trade size limits?

Each asset/account tier has min/max stake and concurrency limits. These protect clients from over exposure during thin liquidity.

  • What are the trading hours?

FX generally trades 24/5, indices/metals follow exchange sessions, and crypto is largely continuous with maintenance windows. The hours panel in the ticket shows current availability per asset.

  • Do signals/social copying violate rules?

You can use outside research or signals, but you’re responsible for outcomes. We prohibit paid signal providers operating accounts on your behalf and any scheme that violates our abuse policy.
