Terms of Service

Master Service International LLC  ·  Last updated: August 12, 2026

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the Snyper Trades platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These Terms contain a binding arbitration clause and a class action waiver that affect your legal rights — see the Dispute Resolution section below.

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and Master Service International LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your use of the Snyper Trades platform, website, and all related services (collectively, the "Services").

By creating an account, accessing our platform, or using any of our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement, and agree to comply with these Terms in their entirety.

2. Description of Services

Snyper Trades provides access to AI-powered funded trading accounts. Our services include:

All trading activity on funded accounts is conducted using the Company's capital. Users do not risk their own funds beyond the initial account activation fee.

3. No Investment Advice; Nature of Services

The Company is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, commodity trading advisor, or financial planner in any jurisdiction. Nothing on the platform — including AI-generated trade activity, performance data, dashboards, or communications from our team — constitutes investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument.

Funded accounts and AI execution are provided as a technology service operating on the Company's own capital under the Company's own trading parameters. No fiduciary relationship is created between you and the Company. You are solely responsible for evaluating whether the Services are suitable for you, and we encourage you to consult independent financial, legal, and tax advisors.

4. Account Registration & Eligibility

To use our Services, you must register for an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You agree to:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe to be fraudulent or in breach of applicable law.

5. Restricted Jurisdictions & Sanctions Compliance

The Services are not available where prohibited by law. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are not:

We may restrict access, decline transactions, or suspend or terminate accounts where we reasonably determine it necessary to comply with sanctions, anti-money-laundering, or other applicable laws. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Services complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.

6. Fees & Payments

Access to funded accounts requires a one-time activation fee. By submitting payment, you acknowledge:

We reserve the right to modify our fee structure with reasonable notice to existing users.

7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you believe a charge was made in error, contact support@snypertrades.com before initiating a dispute with your bank or card issuer — most billing issues can be resolved directly and quickly.

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute on a fee that was clearly disclosed and validly incurred is a violation of these Terms. In such cases we may, to the extent permitted by applicable law:

Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable statutory rights you may have as a consumer in your jurisdiction.

8. Profit Splits & Withdrawals

Profit splits are calculated based on net realized gains within a given period. The applicable profit split percentage depends on the account tier selected. Withdrawals are subject to:

9. Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from:

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of accrued profits.

10. Account Termination & Survival

You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Activation fees remain non-refundable as described in the Fees & Payments section. Profits that have been earned and become payable prior to the effective date of closure will be processed in accordance with the standard payout schedule, subject to verification and these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your account where we reasonably determine that you have violated these Terms (including the Prohibited Activities section), where required by law, or where fraud or abuse is suspected. Termination for cause may result in forfeiture of accrued profits as described in the Prohibited Activities section.

The following sections survive any termination of this agreement: Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Governing Law, Dispute Resolution, and any payment obligations accrued prior to termination.

11. Electronic Communications & Consent to Contact

You consent to receive communications from us electronically, including by email and notices posted on the platform, and you agree that such communications satisfy any legal requirement that a communication be in writing.

By providing a telephone number, you consent to receive calls and messages (including SMS and WhatsApp) from the Company and its service providers relating to your account, security, verification, and transactions. Where you have separately opted in, we may also contact you with marketing communications; you may withdraw that consent at any time via the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting support. Opting out of marketing does not affect transactional or security communications. Message and data rates may apply.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. THE COMPANY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

Past performance of AI trading systems is not indicative of future results. Trading involves risk and there is no guarantee of profit.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MASTER SERVICE INTERNATIONAL LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Master Service International LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your misuse of the Services; (c) any information you provide that is false, inaccurate, or misleading; or (d) your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.

We reserve the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, in which case you agree to cooperate with our defense of that claim.

15. Force Majeure & Market Events

The Company shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, government action, power or internet infrastructure failures — and, given the nature of the Services, exchange or liquidity-provider outages, trading halts, clearing or settlement failures, third-party API failures, and periods of extreme market volatility or illiquidity.

During any such event, the Company may pause trading activity, restrict platform functions, or delay processing as reasonably necessary to protect the integrity of accounts and the platform, and will use commercially reasonable efforts to resume normal operations promptly.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Disputes are subject to the "Dispute Resolution; Binding Arbitration; Class Action Waiver" section of these Terms.

17. Dispute Resolution; Binding Arbitration; Class Action Waiver

Before filing any claim, you agree to first contact us at support@snypertrades.com with a written description of the dispute and give us thirty (30) days to attempt an informal resolution.

Any dispute not resolved informally shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its applicable rules, before a single arbitrator. The seat of arbitration shall be the State of Wyoming, USA, the language of the arbitration shall be English, and hearings may be conducted by videoconference where the applicable rules allow. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

YOU AND THE COMPANY AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. THE ARBITRATOR MAY NOT CONSOLIDATE CLAIMS OF MORE THAN ONE PERSON.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court where eligible, and either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property or the security of the platform. If the class action waiver above is found unenforceable as to a particular claim, that claim (and only that claim) shall proceed in court, and the remainder shall be arbitrated.

18. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or a prominent notice on our platform. Your continued use of the Services following the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
